California Urban Indian Health Council (CUIHC) Founded: CUIHC is founded to act as a unified voice for the health needs of the California’s Urban Indian population. It’s program had seven charter members located at Bakersfield, Fresno, San Jose, San Francisco-Oakland, Sacramento, San Diego, and Santa Barbara-Ventura.
