Title V
IHCIA directs the Department of Health and Human Services to make contracts with or grants to UIHPs for health projects to serve urban Indians, under the authority of the Snyder Act, not the ISDEAA. UIHPs may serve members of federally recognized tribes, members of terminated or state-recognized tribes, as well as their children and grandchildren.
